I requested for Brandon to give me a call on several occasions and it was not done. Every time I called the office Andrew answered the phone and all I got was I will relay the information. I am in the middle of some estate things and this office failed to assist. Just FYI State Farm is no longer the company of just like a great neighbor State Farm is there. If at any time you make a claim against your policy, they will strip it down to the minimum to give you and then they wont want to insure you anymore. You pay for insurance for the peace of mind that if something happens, you will have coverage. Whatever the commercials say is a lie. I am a victim and a witness of this. Steer clear of this office especially."

"I am really upset with state farm. We have been trying to help with a wrongfully claim that was opened against us and the person assigned to our claim does not respond. Yet we receive her email saying it we don't respond within 10 days we will be at fault yet when I try to contact her by email or phone there's no answer. We probably have 2 days left before they state farm decides anything."
